• Our B & B offers a clean & non-smoking environment
  • We have allocated smoking areas outside our facility

• Our B & B can provide you a list of activities for your individual experience or recommend local tour guides who can provide you i.e.: -skiing, snow-mobile trails, hiking, cycling, kayaking, fishing or caving tours, all located within our region. All fees and services will be supplied by and the sole responsibility of Tour Operators & Certified Guides.

• Our B & B can provide laundry services, supply an iron and ironing board,arranged with hosts.

• Due to insurance regulations, we can not allow smoking in the bedrooms nor the inside of the home. Outside smoking areas are permitted in our screen-enclosed gazebo or deck areas.

• A Key Replacement fee of $10.00 is charged only if keys are not returned upon departure.

• Our B & B Hosts requests to call ahead or email to reserve the room and dates of your choice. A valid credit card (Visa / Mastercard), and contact information is required to reserve a room.
• Unfortunately, we regret that changes or cancellations within 5 days of your scheduled arrival date will require payment in full for the first night of the booking. For multiple night stays, a deposit is required please contact hosts for more details.

• Our B & B will accept the following payment types: Interact / Debit / Travellers cheques, Canadian or US cash/ Visa or MasterCard (during summer season)

• Room rates quoted are subject to applicable taxes (HST at 13%).

• Check In Time: After 3:00 p.m. (advise hosts if arriving after 6pm)
  
• Check Out Time: 11:00 a.m. (unless otherwise pre-arranged with hosts)

• Our B & B unfortunatley cannot accept pets:
  • Please advise hosts if you have any allergies
• For Lost items, Our Hosts request that our guests check their guest room before departing.
• • Our B & B is not responsible for lost items left behind. If you forget any personal items, please notify the hosts and we can try to located the item. We will arrange to sent you the lost items for the cost of shipping.
