You acknowledge that tours/excursions are not supplied or offered by Bennett’s by the bay, Bed and Breakfast located in Irishtown, Newfoundland. Your selected tour/excursion will be supplied by independent local tour operators and maybe listed in our Activities Directory. These tour operators are not affiliated and do not have any part ownership with Bennett’s by the Bay.

You understand that by these terms that ‘Bennett’s by the Bay’ will not be held responsible for any loss or damage suffered by any person, in traveling to or from a tour/excursion, or before, during, or after the tour/excursion, for any reason whatsoever.

You also understand that the participant assumes all risks involved in the taking of the tour/excursion, as are costs incurred for emergency services. You acknowledge that the form of this disclaimer will be available by the Tour Operators and will be provided the participants a copy of the document as part of our booking materials.

You understand that you must sign a copy of the Agreement with its complete terms and conditions before commencing our tour/excursions.
